The reports that are under your favorites tab are the main reports that you
need to be actively reviewing.
Cost Summary by Ops Group:
• Always change your Metric to Gross Sales.
• This is the first report you look at after you close your Audit.
• You can view your COGS %.
• View your starting inventory, purchases, and ending inventory.
Actual vs. Theoretical Quantity Details:
• This is your actual vs. theoretical detail by the inventory unit of measure.
Actual vs. Theoretical Amount Details:
• This is the same report as the Actual vs. Theoretical Quantity Detail but in dollar
amount instead of the unit of measure.
Invoice & Bill Audit Report
• This is your Summary for your weekly packet.
• This report can be found under the Books platform.
• Always make sure you change date field to upload date, date range to Monday
through Sunday.
