Sharing with Sharepoint

1. Log into https:www.office.com/ using your favorite internet browser.

2. Select the app launcher in the top left corner of the screen.

3. Select Sharepoint.

4. Search for or select the site with the document(s) you would like to share.

5. Once you are inside the folder you wish to share. Select the share button and then, share link.

6. Type the name or email of the user in the group you would like to share this folder with. Also select whether you are sharing with a specific person at the bottom of the pop up.

7. The link should be emailed to them and the file will be shared.
