The following link will take you to the form for requesting Food Hall Gift Cards, each field is explained below in greater detail.

1. Date: This will be the date the event will occur. If you are requesting for a weekend event please be sure to send your request before noon Friday to ensure it is received and fulfilled before the event.

2. Pick Up Time: This is when you expect to have the cards delivered or picked up based on your schedule. Typically cards will be picked up the day before the event or Friday for weekend events. Please do not select a pick up date for Saturday or Sunday.

3. Card Type: Currently there are 2 available card types, "Hall Pass" and "Special Event". Hall Pass cards have no expiration date while Special Event cards are only redeemable the day they are issued.

4. Comped Section: Please select yes if the Food Hall Co will be comping these cards, otherwise select no.

5. Group Name: This is the name of the group the gift cards will be given to. Please separate multiple groups into separate gift card requests whenever possible.

6. Reason: This reason for the event and any important details. Ex. Full Hall Buyout, Band VIP, etc.

7 Number of Cards: The total number of cards required for the event.

8. Card Denomination: The amount to be loaded onto each Individual gift card.

9. Total Amount: The total amount to be loaded for all gift cards combined. This field is important for ensuring fields 7 and 8 were accurate.

10. Requested By: Please enter your name here.

11. Beginning Card Number: Enter the 1st card number here. Please be aware that all cards must be sequential and the lowest card number will go here, counting up.

12. Ending Card Number: The last card number in the group.

13. Hall Location: Please select which Food Hall these gift cards will be applicable to. Only location can be selected.
